    Die Closing Unit

    The mechanical strength of die-casting medium, die-casting die plate and die-casting machine are adopted to improve the mechanical strength. The defects of the die installation surface depression, deformation out of tolerance and template cracking were improved. High strength nodular cast iron is used for mold closing cylinder seat and elbow parts to ensure the accuracy and stability of mold closing part. The design of clamping mechanism is optimized, the stroke ratio of template is large, and the production efficiency is improved.

    The inclined mechanism and differential die closing principle are adopted to improve the speed and stability of mold closing action and strengthen the mechanical self-locking force.

    The whole frame structure is used in the frame structure. The large oil tank and small oil tank of the engine base are connected by the whole square steel pipe, which increases the rigidity of the base.
     

    Injection Unit

    The injection valve plate adopts integral structure to avoid oil leakage and oil leakage at the joint of valve plate.     Energy-Saving Servo System

    ▪ The Servo system of die-casting machine is mainly composed of servo drive, servomotor, rotary encoder, oil pump, pressure transmitter and so on.

    ▪ Upon received signals, the servo system adjusts speed and torque of servomotor, performs close-loop control on flow and pressure. The output flow of oil

    ▪ pump is proportional to the rotational speed of servomotor and the output pressure proportional to output torque of servomotor. Therefore, oil supply will be

    ▪ based on actual needs of flow and pressure which eliminate high energy consumptions caused by overflow of regular metering pump.

    ▪ Outstanding power-saving performance: comparing to traditional proportional valve system, the power saving rate can reach 30%-70% in the ideal working condition.

    ▪ Excellent stability: comparing to traditional proportional valve system, the repeatability has been surged up owing to precise control by close-loop servomotor.

    ▪ Quick response: sensitive servomotor and only 0.05 second for fast startup.

    ▪ Lower temperature rises during continuous operation: refraining from additional heat leads to a lower temperature rise for hydraulic oil because servomotor supplies hydraulic oil based on demanded proportions.

    The large color touch screen can display injection speed curve, displacement curve along with status monitoring, failure diagnosis, process parameter record and the ability to store dozens of die cast process parameters (configuration of H-type machine)

    Self-designed and self-made die-casting control cabinets use electrical components from famous brands Siemens, Pro-face, Schneider, Omron and so on.

    Lubrication and Cooling Unit

    The oil cooling system is spiral-type plate-fin heat exchanger from KAMUI Heat Exchanger Co., LTD, a Sino-Japan joint venture with small volume, high heat-exchange efficiency and little pressure loss, which ensures die-casting machine run continuously over suitable oil temperature range.

    The volumetric centralized lubrication system for toggle mechanism, controlled by PLC system, is able to detect volume distributor and have a lubricant fault alarm device which ensure good lubricant effect for machine.

    The special melting cup seat and cooling water channel are used for machines above 268 tons, and cooling water channels are added on the static formwork for machines below 228 tons, which can shorten the casting cooling time and improve the production efficiency.
